Patient Portal and Bill Pay
When did you receive service?
If you already have a Patient Portal account, your portal email address and password will work for either selection you make. If you have not yet set up your Portal account, after you select your date of service, you will see the option to do so.
For services received between 10-5-20 and 8-21-22, note that the portal is VIEW ONLY and you will not be able to message your provider from within that portal. However, you may pay a bill from that time frame while in that portal.
The portal dated “after 8-22-22” is our current portal and gives you the convenience of 24-hour access to your health records, ability to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, send messages to your provider and even pay your bill online.
