What inspires you to do your job?
I believe in practicing medicine with the golden rule as my guide, meaning I believe patients should be treated the way I would want my own family to be treated. I try to build relationships and partner with my patients to create and achieve healthcare goals together.
Professional Interests
Health Education (ensuring patients are armed with the information they need to manage chronic illness), Preventive Health (ensuring screening for serious illness to catch it early or prevent it altogether)
Personal Interests
I enjoy being outside with my family (hiking, camping, etc.), taking part in activities with my church, playing soccer or basketball, and reading.
Fun Fact
Because my dad was also in the Army, I was born in Hawaii and I’ve lived in Georgia, California, Wyoming, Kentucky, New York, and now Tennessee.
