We are excited to announce “Caught You Caring,” a new program launching in January that is designed to spotlight and celebrate YOU – the incredible individuals who make Premier Medical Group possible.

Have you seen a Premier Employee go above and beyond, living out our ICARE values in extraordinary ways? Now’s your chance to shine a light on their kindness and dedication!

Here’s how it works:

1. Recognize someone! When you catch an employee “caring” or going the extra mile, fill out the quick Caught You Caring form to share their story.
2. Who can fill out the form? Anyone! Whether you’re an employee, supervisor, provider, or patient, you’re invited to recognize those making a difference.
3. Submit the form. Your submission will be reviewed by our “Caught You Caring” panel, who will select honorees.
4. Celebrate together. Honorees will be recognized for their contributions in a special way – because going above and beyond deserves to be celebrated!
